Mov’In The Selling Process

You have made the decision to sell up and move ....

  1. Invite Mov’In Property into your home for a current 'Open Market' valuation Picture of piano and outlook to gardenand to discuss how we can market your property.
  2. Mov'In Property will provide 'Sold' and 'For Sale' comparable lists for your property to support the valuation.
  3. Once a ‘Guide Price’ for your property has been agreed a contract is signed between Mov'In and You ‘The Vendor’. We can then commission your HIP and prepare your property for marketing.

  2. Vendor Pack (exclusive to Vendors who have instructed Mov'In Property to market their home)
  3. We organise your Home Information Pack
    4. Picture of stairwell
  4. Measurement, series of creative photographs and details of the property
  5. Floorplans
  6. Details onto internet sites (Movinproperty.co.uk, Rightmove.co.uk, homesonview, Smarthomes, homes.co.uk) and others
  7. Showcasing your home on Rightmove. This highlights your property over and above all others in your area gaining 5 times more market exposure than a general listing itself
  8. Vetting of all potential purchasers, arranging, conducting and gaining feedback on viewings
  9. Open mornings (by appointment) will be arranged where appropriate and conducted by Mov’In Property
  10. Negotiation
  11. Reports / updates on the marketing progress of your home including internet statistics
  12. Homesearch facility for vendor

Our marketing is tailored to your requirements and the type of home you are selling whether it be advertising in The Sunday Times (Luxury home), Horse and Hound (Equestrian) or Cheshire Life. This is dependent on your needs and priced accordingly. All bespoke services are quoted for individually and paid by the client at the time of commissioning.

Confidential Sales Service

We offer a discrete selling service for clients not wanting to sell on the open market. Please contact us for further details on this service.

New Development and Investments

We work with developers and provide a forum for them to sell their housing developments. If you are interested in receiving information on buy to let opportunities and / or off plan developments please register with us. We will then be able to notify you of any opportunities early in the development phase.
